研究领域

1.生物技术药物:生物催化是合成复杂结构药物或前体的重要手段。应用浊点系统技术解除生物催化(微生物转化与发酵)过程中存在的底物生物利用度低、底物/产物抑制、产物进一步降解等瓶颈问题。

2. 微生物次级代谢:微生物次级代谢受到多种环境因素的调控。应用浊点系统萃取发酵技术改变营养物质的吸收和次级代谢产物的分泌,进而调控微生物次级代谢的途径及效率。
